The perfect location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the Taksim Square . Breakfast excellent! They allowed me to take the coffee in my room and poured it into my mug, since they noticed I had finger surgery and I couldn't use my right hand properly. The cleaning lady changed my towels daily and cleaned only when I posted the sign in front of the door. The price for the washing clothes at the laundromat was extravagant,but I didn't use the service. I'm grateful to everyone at the reception desk, at the restaurant and the the cleaning on the 8th floor. I would return to this hotel if I ever visit Instanbul again.

First time to visit the hotel and it was amazing Mr.Murat from the reception managed to check-in at 10 AM instead of 2PM Mr.Omar the bell man welcomed us and helped with our luggage in both check-in & check-out Breakfast in the 9th floor was great and staff are welcoming Most important note is related to the house keeping, the room is cleaned daily towels are changed daily Location is great near the Havabus (almost 150 meters) The room size is fair enough for 4 persons Sure I do recommend the hotel and will visit again

All the staff are friendly , kindly, and I thanking soo much for Mr :Ibrahim , because he always smile in morning and he helped me a lot for take eat to my children and he made this with all love , I thank him alooot and told him , I tired you all morning thank you 🙏🙏😍😍😍

The hotel is nicely located. An excellent accommodation option in the Taksim area. The bus to the airport is literally around the corner. Wonderful breakfast. Clean bed. But the floor is not very clean. I recommend to wear shoes or slippers which are provided in the room.

The location was great, close to Taksim square but in a quiet district. The room was big enough. The breakfast included various items and most of them were delicious. I was totally satisfied withmy stay in this hotel.
